Project Roleplay
Community Terms
General terms covering access, community participation, content, ownership, and third-party platforms.
Community Access
Access to Project Roleplay, its game server, Discord server, website, applications, events, and community services is provided at the discretion of Project Roleplay management.
Access may be limited, suspended, or removed when a member violates community rules, threatens community safety, abuses services, or creates a significant risk to the experience of others.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for activity associated with your own Discord, FiveM, Rockstar, and related accounts. Do not share access in a way that allows another person to evade restrictions or represent themselves as you.
Availability and Changes
Project Roleplay does not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability, saved progress, or continued support for any specific feature, asset, vehicle, job, script, department, or service.
Systems, policies, content, characters, economies, and access requirements may change as the server develops. Maintenance, resets, technical failures, platform changes, and security concerns may affect availability.
Community Content and Recording
Project Roleplay is a public multiplayer roleplay environment. Gameplay, voice communication, text communication, characters, and events may appear in screenshots, recordings, livestreams, clips, promotional material, or community content.
Members are responsible for following the rules of the platforms they use when streaming, recording, uploading, or sharing content.
Original and Third-Party Content
Members retain ownership of original content they create, subject to the rights of any third-party platforms, game assets, software, trademarks, and materials used to create that content.
Do not upload, distribute, sell, or claim ownership of Project Roleplay branding, private server files, protected assets, internal documents, or another member’s work without permission.
Purchases and Support
Any community support, subscription, purchase, or donation must comply with the applicable rules of FiveM, Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Discord, payment providers, and relevant law.
Purchases do not grant ownership, staff authority, immunity from rules, or guaranteed permanent access. Any specific refund or fulfillment terms presented at the time of purchase also apply.
Third-Party Platforms
Project Roleplay depends on services operated by third parties, including FiveM, Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Discord, GitHub, Cloudflare, and other service providers.
Use of those platforms remains subject to their own rules, terms, privacy policies, technical limitations, and enforcement decisions.
